 Centura
has always been able to offer the customer what they want and not just
what is available. We have done this by offering to create a unique custom
color from scratch for a minimal two sheets, which is less than a standard
kitchen. This capability comes from years of experience and a lab dedicated
to giving the customer there heart’s desire.
This process is not hard, but sometimes overwhelming for
the non-professional, so we will try to walk you through the steps to
show you how easy it can really be.
1. Select a background color that you want to use or
compliments your interior design. This can be done using paint chips,
pantone color deck or a swatch of fabric or wallpaper.
2. Choose chip size and color by collecting colors and sizes from our
66 colors in our standard series. You should find every commercially
available chip and size at your finger tips. If you cannot find something
you like, you can give us a color and then choose only a size from our
series for guidance
3. Identify, to the best of your ability, a percentage of the chips,
according to size, you want to see in your custom solid surface.
4. Once you have collected the details send it to Centura for review.
We will evaluate the request; recommend suggestions if needed and then
produce a hard sample of the proposed color.
5. You critic the color, note changes if needed and resubmit to Centura
for finalization or accept the sample as produced.
6. This formulation is yours exclusively for one year to use in your
kitchen, bathroom or commercial project.
The
process is simple, but not free. There is a $100 lab fee charge for each
color we are asked to develop. The good news, it is a one time fee and
we will tweak your color until it meets your reasonable expectation based
on material availability.
This unique bar was developed the way we described. The
designer chose the background color, the chips and size, and in this case
we added silver shimmer to coordinated with the stainless steel and chrome
used in the bar construction. All of this met the designer’s and
customer’s expectation affordably.
If we did it for them, we know we can do it for you. Give
us a try!
